Neha works with athletes to optimize their mental health and wellbeing. She believe that an emotionally healthy athlete will position themselves for optimum performance under pressure. As a former collegiate turned professional athlete, Neha understands the unique challenges of each endeavor. In addition to evidence-based psychotherapy approaches, she use guided imagery, relaxation techniques, CBT and mental performance exercises as treatment protocols with athletes.
