I’ve been doing some spring cleaning around the house and found a tub of old school workout gear. I found some dusty ankle weights, a weight lifting belt and a Pilates leg band. With summer around the corner, I want to make sure my legs (especially my upper thighs) are toned and sculpted for those new high-waisted short shorts.
Check out these super simple (aka lazy) exercises for your thighs, calves and gluteus. I’ve been doing these while watching TV before bed. No lunges, squats or standing up required!
