    How the heck are you? For some reason I was looking at the SF Tenis Classic draw from 2006 that Tim Harper and peanut Louie ran and saw your name. Seeing your name was a blast from the past! And check you out – a movie star! How cool is that? Who saw that coming? (maybe you?)
    Anyway. I had shoulder surgery in 2008 and have been doing pretty good, but actually enjoyed watching your video; saw some old exercises and learned some new ones. Hopefully they help! Best of luck!
