Forget Diets – Practical Food Advice

I’ve spent most of my late teens and early 20’s under a body microscope. Every pound I gained or lost and every inch of my body was scrutinized by my tennis coaches, peer, family, spectators and the public. This led to 7 years of struggling with extreme diets, disordered eating and obsessing about each and every inch of my body. It effected my self worth, my ability to function normally and to enjoy a healthy social life.
